Good Mexican food is probably the hardest thing to find in Thailand. If you're in Bangkok and craving tacos or burritos, hit up Sunrise Tacos (http://www.sunrisetacos.com/). They deliver anywhere in BKK 24 hours a day (for a small charge) and have a full menu. Even fresh guacamole!
If you're in Siam Paragon you can eat at their location in the lower floor food court. :)
