For the past few days (Feb 23rd & Feb 24th) Pattaya was a Ghost Town because of a big Buddha day and election on sunday. During those times, the sale of alcohol is illegal so many bars and go-go's are closed. All the bars are dark, and pussy isn't as readily available as normal.
Places to go for pussy during these days:
* Soi 7 & 8 - might have a couple of beer bars open, serving bottled drinks
* Soi 13/2 - Hot and Cold a-go-go... they have a secret upstairs room that will have some girls dancing
* Beach road - Plenty of freestyle ass on the beach between soi 7 all the way to Walking Street. A much higher amoun tthan normal
* Soapy Massage places - The soapy on Soi Diamond was open and serving drinks
* Various 'dirty' massage parlors
Some of the go-go's that were open on one of the days were Living Dolls showcase, Dollhouse, Tony's Disco, Club Nevada and Sex Girls, so there were a few options other than freestyle or beer bar girls. But staff was light and not many girls.
Also to note, on these days be prepared to see a much higher ratio of Ladyboys to females during these day. Ladyboys rarely leave on holiday and are readily available.
