With anything it's all whatever is within your comfort level. There's guys who won't get bj's from girls without condoms cause they're scared of disease. Then others that will bareback everything in sight without getting anything more than a case of drippy dick. We'd advocate always wearing condoms for sexual encounters, with strangers or not.

But no denying there's something excellent about dirty bareback sex with prostitutes. ;)
